Our gaming sector experience dates back to 1984, starting as legal counsel to a Canadian Crown corporation and thereafter to providing advice to regulatory authorities, corporations, trade and business groups involved in lotteries, race track associations, land-based gaming, charitable gaming and e-gaming ventures. We have an understanding of a broad spectrum of regulatory compliance, business and finance issues related to gaming and have led, and worked with, corporations seeking to win contracts subject to competitive bidding and tendering processes.
